  • Estimates: All quotes provided are estimates based on the information provided by the customer. Additional charges may apply for unanticipated items or conditions.

3. Booking and Payment

  • Booking Confirmation: Bookings are only confirmed once the deposit is received.
  • Payment Terms: Full payment is required upon service completion unless otherwise agreed.
  • Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.

4. Liability and Insurance

  • Limited Liability: Holmes Beach Movers is not liable for damages caused by factors beyond its control, such as accidents, natural disasters, or delays due to road conditions.
  • Insurance Coverage: While we provide basic liability insurance, customers are encouraged to purchase additional insurance for high-value items.
  • Exclusions: Items such as cash, jewelry, perishable goods, or hazardous materials are excluded from liability.

5. Customer Responsibilities

  • Accurate Information: Customers must provide accurate details regarding the goods, property access, and any special requirements.
  • Packing: Customers are responsible for securely packing their belongings unless using our packing services.
  • Prohibited Items: Customers must not include firearms, explosives, illegal substances, or hazardous materials in their goods.

6. Delays and Unforeseen Events

Holmes Beach Movers will not be held responsible for delays caused by weather, traffic, or unforeseen circumstances beyond its control.


7. Dispute Resolution

  • Complaints: Any complaints must be submitted in writing within 7 days of service completion.
  • Resolution: The company will make every effort to resolve disputes amicably.
  • Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

8. Amendments
